When returning products to us you MUST provide: Item Number, Buyer ID, Your Address, Your Phone Number, Reason for Return, and Tracking. We only offer refunds if the return is handled within the first 30 days so any returns after the 30 day period will be via repair or replacement.
Most of the returns we get either are 100% functional products or have a simple problem such as bad battery or dirty/loose/misconnected cables. Please make sure you contact us to see if we can help you resolve any issues before diagnosing a product as warranty. If you take our product to a shop to test and pay to have it tested, please insist on a copy of the results as we will require it in order to approve return. If there is any tampering of any kind (taking apart, replacing, writing/painting on, removing any part for any reason) it VOIDS warranty and return will be deemed void.
